Carrera owns at least 50 percent-interest in each of five gas-processing plants and four of the five gas-gathering systems supplying the plants. We operate all five facilities in which Carrera owns an interest as well as one third-party owned facility. We are actively seeking ownership growth through purchase or construction of additional gathering and processing assets. Carrera has a proven track record for efficiently operating gas-processing facilities, both owned and contract-operated by us. We also are frequently called upon to consult for oil and gas producers and investors needing proven experience and quick response.
